NRL, Oil India Limited (OIL) की subsidiary और Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas के अंतर्गत आने वाली Navratna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) है। कंपनी का refinery complex Assam के Numaligarh में स्थित है।
इस भर्ती में उम्मीदवारों का चयन मुख्य रूप से Personal Interview के आधार पर किया जाएगा। हालांकि, अगर applications की संख्या अधिक रहती है, तो NRL additional screening के रूप में Written Test, Group Discussion या एक और Interview भी आयोजित कर सकता है।

NRL में selected candidates को fixed-term contract पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा। Contract की अवधि अधिकतम 3 वर्ष तक हो सकती है या project/assignment पूरा होने तक, जो भी पहले हो। Managing Director की approval के आधार पर contract को एक अतिरिक्त वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

NRL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility
NRL Recruitment 2026 में eligibility post के अनुसार अलग-अलग है। Mechanical post के लिए Mechanical Engineering की degree और relevant manufacturing industry experience जरूरी है।
Commercial System position के लिए Engineering degree के साथ MBA या PGDM और commercial/procurement/supply chain आदि क्षेत्रों में relevant experience मांगा गया है।
उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन करने से पहले अपनी qualification और experience को notification में दिए गए criteria से जरूर मिलाना चाहिए। केवल minimum qualification पूरी करने से interview के लिए बुलाया जाना निश्चित नहीं है।
Educational Qualification
Associate (Mechanical)
Mechanical post के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास किसी recognized University या Institute से B.E. या B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering होना चाहिए।
इस post के लिए Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification को desirable qualification के रूप में माना गया है।
इसके अलावा candidate के पास manufacturing industries में minimum 5 से 10 years post-qualification experience होना चाहिए।
Associate / Sr. Associate (Commercial System)
Commercial System position के लिए candidate के पास किसी recognized University/Institute से:
- B.E. या B.Tech की degree
- MBA या PGDM
होना चाहिए।
FT-M3 Associate के लिए minimum 5 से 10 years post-qualification experience आवश्यक है।
Experience commercial, procurement, sales, contract/vendor management, inventory management, supply chain, finance या operations जैसे areas में होना चाहिए।
कुल experience में कम से कम 3 years का relevant experience public procurement और tendering में होना चाहिए। यह experience Government organization, PSU या World Bank/ADB funded projects को execute करने वाली agency में government e-procurement portals जैसे NIC, CPP Portal या GeM के माध्यम से होना चाहिए।
FT-M4 Sr. Associate के लिए 10 years से अधिक overall post-qualification experience मांगा गया है और बाकी domain तथा public procurement requirements FT-M3 जैसी ही हैं।
Commercial System post के लिए SAP और Paperless e-Office File Systems का hands-on experience desirable है।
Age Limit
NRL Recruitment 2026 में age की calculation के लिए 13 October 2026 को cut-off date माना जाएगा।
Mechanical Associate post के लिए upper age limit 42 years है।
Commercial System position में FT-M3 और FT-M4 level के लिए upper age limit experience level के अनुसार निर्धारित है। FT-M3 के लिए upper age limit 50 years है।
Reserved category candidates को Government rules के अनुसार age relaxation मिलेगा।
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation
- PwD General: 10 years relaxation
- PwD SC/ST: 15 years relaxation
- PwD OBC (NCL): 13 years relaxation
Reservation और age relaxation Government of India के applicable rules के अनुसार लागू होंगे।
Application Fee
इस recruitment notification में कोई application fee निर्धारित नहीं की गई है। उम्मीदवारों को online application submit करने के लिए अलग से application fee जमा करने की requirement notification में नहीं दी गई है।

NRL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
NRL Recruitment 2026 में shortlisted candidates को Personal Interview (PI) के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Interview physical mode या virtual mode में आयोजित किया जा सकता है।
अगर applications की संख्या ज्यादा होती है, तो NRL additional screening process भी रख सकता है। इसमें इनमें से कोई एक या combination शामिल हो सकता है:
- Additional Interview
- Group Discussion
- Written Test
- अन्य screening process
Personal Interview में minimum qualifying marks भी निर्धारित हैं। General category candidates को कम से कम 50% marks, जबकि SC/ST candidates को कम से कम 40% marks प्राप्त करने होंगे।
Physical interview के लिए बुलाए गए eligible candidates को shortest route से nearest railway station से interview location तक 3AC rail fare reimbursement का provision है।
Selection के बाद medical fitness, character and antecedent verification तथा educational और experience credentials की verification भी की जाएगी।
NRL Recruitment 2026 Exam Pattern
इस recruitment में कोई fixed written examination pattern notification में निर्धारित नहीं किया गया है।
मुख्य selection stage Personal Interview है। इसलिए candidates को अपने educational background, professional experience और जिस post के लिए apply कर रहे हैं उससे संबंधित technical और practical knowledge पर अच्छी तैयारी करनी चाहिए।
हालांकि applications अधिक होने पर NRL Written Test या Group Discussion को additional screening के रूप में शामिल करने का अधिकार रखता है। इसलिए applicants को केवल interview की तैयारी तक सीमित नहीं रहना चाहिए।
Salary/Pay Scale Details
NRL में selected candidates को monthly lump-sum remuneration दिया जाएगा।

Mechanical Associate (FT-M3) के लिए monthly remuneration:
₹1,00,000 per month
# Commercial System Associate
FT-M3 Commercial System Associate के लिए:
₹1,00,000 per month
# Commercial System Sr. Associate
FT-M4 level पर नियुक्त होने वाले Sr. Associate के लिए:
₹1,20,000 per month
यह remuneration lump-sum basis पर है और applicable income tax तथा अन्य statutory deductions किए जा सकते हैं। Contract period के दौरान सामान्य increment का provision नहीं है।
इसके अलावा eligible candidates को applicable medical benefits, PF और अन्य statutory benefits मिल सकते हैं। Official domestic tours के दौरान company की policy के अनुसार travel/accommodation arrangements और ₹500 per day incidental expense का provision है।
FTE को प्रत्येक calendar year में pro-rata basis पर 24 days paid leave का entitlement मिलेगा। Company की holiday policy भी लागू होगी।
